Jackson and Lang Consulting is committed to protecting our customer's privacy. Jackson and Lang Consulting asks only for the information necessary to complete your order with precision. When you order a resume' writing, we need to know your name, your email address, and your mailing address. This allows us to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status. We also ask some information about your skills, education and previous experience of work if necessary in order to have a powerful and effective resume'. All the information obtained(written, verbal or otherwise implied) becomes the property of Jackson and Lang Consulting and is strictly for the use of Jackson and Lang Consulting and will not be shared with any third party. All prices listed on Jackson and Lang Consulting are in US dollars. Clients purchasing Jackson and Lang Consulting services must pay for the service (s)online via credit card or other specified payment methods such as electronic check PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK! Clients will be charged for the service(s) selected. If you pay by credit card, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and your credit card billing address. Jackson and Lang Consulting will email the client a receipt for the transactions in which Client is involved. Client agrees to provide timely responses to Jackson and Lang Consulting after notification of resume' draft completion. Client shall have 30 days to respond to the resume' draft submitted to the Client for review. If after 30 days the Client has failed to respond, Jackson and Lang Consulting will assume the Project completed to customer satisfaction and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. Jackson and Lang Consulting will have no further obligation to Client, and Client shall pay Jackson and Lang Consulting all fees and expenses associated with work performed by Jackson and Lang Consulting. Jackson and Lang Consulting reserves the right to terminate any agreement (verbal, written or otherwise implied) at its discretion at anytime.
